'La diversité est un élément essentiel du dressage'
John Lyons

At the farm, we do not only have barb horses: we also have a shetland pony, a new forest pony, a paint horse mare, and a French saddle horse gelding. It is one of our great joys to be able to ride different horses, discover new sensations on the trail, try other tasks in the corral, succeed with one horse what we've failed with another...

The Barb breed

The Barb horse is one of the oldest breeds in the world: its history can be told over 2000 years.
It originated in North African countries: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia. Barb horses were used as war horses for a long time. Nowadays in Morocco they are used in the traditional fantasia.
